      From: nimbus@nospicedham.XXX.invalid              Continued...       Just in case this finding is of interest to you, Rugxulo :       [For context, plz see Rugxulo's posts up-thread]...              Having been puzzled by your mentions of possible alleged       MSVCRT dependencies while running my g77-compiled Fortran       programs       under 'HX' in DOS, I have verified now that they have NO such       dependencies, viz, they run happily after removing the MSVCRT       (and other original MS DLLs) from the HX\BIN directory -and-       removing any Windows system directory from the DOS 'PATH' :=)              I persist and remain a fan of the late Japheth's outstanding       work and legacy to the community !              Regards              --       NimbUs              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
