   I'm not guilty on the ending "MJ", just coincident d1eb+7862=4a4d :)   
      
   But when I now count what we got:   
   your 44 byte decoder (47 if below command line), plus 16*3 byte for   
   modification... I start thinking about to use Terje's 2:1 again and   
   perhaps see a few bytes less then.
