   OK. Whether 209 or 246 it's a substantial bit of code to write in   
   printable characters!   
      
   Given that the decoded code has to start on a 16-byte boundary (so that   
   it can start at CS:100) and that there could be CRLFs added to the   
   209/246 do the figures need to have up to 15 bytes of padding added at   
   the end before the text which is to be decoded?
