   Anywhere on the internet or even when you or I pasted/wrote the   
   text into/out of the BBS software/site. (With the chars I see right   
   now I might even think the ` is a space or dust on the screen. That's   
   one reason for not liking 0x60.)   
      
   And just because it works _now_ doesn't mean it worked then.
