   actually I paired E0 with D3; using cunning and a 3 byte xor, I've since   
   removed the cbw by setting ah to 40 prior to 'ret'ing into the B64 rtn,   
   saving erm a 3 byte fixup. So no gain. Humph.

   It was all to get as much as possible done in B64 chars, (given max lth   
   of 3D). I tried a lot of stuff that didn't help!
