   Finally! a working program (I hope!)   
   Shame about the line length; an earlier version (with LL<64) was 1 byte   
   short of working! (I needed "xor al,xx" to set al=0, but had only spare 1   
   pad char inside the loop).   
   I hope it's proof against crlf changes but I couldn't allow for inserts   
   of newline chars until the payload.
