      From: rick.c.hodgin@nospicedham.gmail.com              You can also write your own.              LoadLibrary()       GetProcAddress()              And add manual startup code to populate your address table,       and/or do runtime linking to fixup code bytes for those offsets.              I've never found a way in Windows to know at runtime the       calling convention and parameters, so you can issue a diagnostic       message if something's not right.
