   Rick has been warned multiple times, has worked tirelessly to try to   
   destroy comp.arch, but here in clax he has managed to mostly stay on topic.   
      
   With the semi-automatic moderation system we have here, he obviously   
   does not belong on the white list any longer, and the moderator will   
   have to decide if he should be banned altogether or still be allowed to   
   post on-topic.
