   ahead. I apologize to the few people whose messages I rejected. I would   
   have sworn they were off topic.   
      
   I'll see of I can fish the headers out of the bin and post 'em up here   
   for you to pore over to your heart's content. Perhaps you think it's on   
   topic if the right person wrote it.
