   The Reciprocal is tailored to give a 64-bit quotient in RDX without   
   having to shift it to the right, but that limits the input value.   
      
   I think it should be 2,305,843,009,213,693,951 (2^61-1).  It is stated   
   in the text that it can be higher, but that number should be the   
   maximum it sure works with (Except when I misunderstood something,   
   which I'm not sure of, and that is the question).
