   if it is in intels hardware, then this group must first know what are the   
   flaws.   
      
   if this group cannot pinpoint the flaw, then it is either the implementation   
   of C or java that needs to be reviewed. read only, read write area   
   implementation of C is still needs to be reviewed.   
      
   if there is strict implementation of read write area in memory then most of   
   our existing programs will not run. C compilers programmer must know more of   
   assembly language for the good implementation of C.
