   It's not a key/keyboard classification. They're keyboard keys. Modifier   
   keys, to be exact.   
      
   Hyper and Super keys are available on *nix keyboards. Same goes to the Meta   
   key, but it's also found on some (old?) non standard IBM PC keyboards.
