   And yes, I was aware of the "just return" (and subsequent execution of the   
   INT 20h at the start of the PSP)   
   possiblity at the end of a COM style program.   Never used it though (other   
   than to see if it would actually work).   I've been a INT 21h, AH=4Ch (so I   
   could return an errorlevel) person myself.   
      
   But even in a .COM my first thing was to point SP to 0100h and shrink the   
   program space.
