   Hi Grant,   
   For what it's worth DOS is a good OS for ASM because DOS is well   
   documented, there are a lot of freeware programming utilities out there   
   and you need a lot of ASM sourcecode to fill up a DOS program.   
   I do understand it's low tech by todays standards but I wonder how   
   many bugs are left to figure out with multi core x64 CPU's.
