UNREAL mode is just an incomplete back-link to RM16 from PM32:
CS is limited to 16 bit by JUMP far, but any or all data-segments can
remain 32-bit accessible if not told otherwise.

   RM32 aka BIG-real keeps CS-limits from PM32 and it's really rare usable
because of IRQ and INT issues beside that the BIOS will choke on it.
I remember some discussions in ALA many years ago (someone tried that).
RM64 would be nice to have, but AMD decided to not support it.
So there is no (at least not yet known) opportunity for UnReal64.

I played around a lot with mode switches from/to all available x86-64
   recently.
All I could achieve were only for well documented modes and UnReal:

   RM16,PM16,PM32,LM64,CM16,CM32.

some switches are stupid easy while others need several switch steps.
