I have a problem with people who, rather exclusivily on "tha intarwebz",
ignore explicit questions and/or implicit-question remarks - which, in the
"normal" world, would be picked up on instantly by the way.

Its one thing to see someone address a question in a different way as it was
ment (which mostly can be solved by some rephrasing), its a rather different
one to have people flatout refuse to even acknowledge them. Rude, to say
   the least. Disrespectful even.

As said, those problems are (easily?) solvable. The other, keeping silent
   one ? Not so much.

But never allow an American and an Englishman to plan to meet on the first
floor (of any building) . :-)
