   Without going too much into the details (or even knowing much   
   about C++): This will be platform-dependent.   
      
   If you are using Linux or another Unix variant that uses the C++   
   Itanium ABI, you should have a look at it it and its platform-specific   
   supplement, specifically https://itanium-cxx-abi.github.io/cxx-abi/ and   
   https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wiki/hjl-tools/x86-psABI/x86-64-psABI-1.0.pdf
