2.0. I updated the compiler to Borland C++ 4.52, but when I run makebbs, I get
all kinds of errors. To narrow down the problem, I took a look at makebbs.bat
   and decided to run
the make statements one at a time so I could see the errors without having
them pass off the top of the screen.

sort of late, but looks like one of the Borland exes is stroking out. run the
compiler exe by hand and see if it aborts.
