   Odd. I have 4 modems on my 3.2 system right now but I have had 20   
   simultaneously   
   running under 3.2 with no problems. Here's the catch....   
      
   Do NOT let the windows OS talk to the modems. If windows knows about the   
   modems   
   then you will crash every time because WG needs to talk to them directly via   
   the   
   comm ports,
