They are on eSoft's ftp       site and in TBBS.org's file download section. It should be this one:              TIPX EXE 22002 3-07-95 3:07p              > I'm running WIN98 on a 486 as the Internet machine.              A 486 should be fine, but TIAD has not be tuned for speed. Most of what       it does is copy data from one place to another though, and it barely       touches the CPU even under heavy loads on a Pentium.              I will say that we have not tested it on non NT operating systems or       Pentium machines. The lowest combination I tried was a P133 running NT4.              Due to the networking nature of the application we're recommending NT,       but I'm not using any Windows functions that only exist on NT.              > Hmm, will the Win98 IPX protocol work, I wonder? Can't get it to talk to       > IPX on a DOS machine.              Win95 or above IPX should work fine. I ran it on NT4 which predates 98. :)              - Mike              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
