   Any one of the freely available linux releases.   
      
   I had a well-working TBBS/Linux system for a long time until it was no   
   longer profitable for a dial-up BBS.   
      
   There are any number of ways to accomplish the hookup; depending on what   
   you're trying to do.  None are particularly difficult any more, the majik is   
   gone, it's all gooey drop and play now...
