   I know everything about it.  Since I wrote it. :)   
      
   In short it is a windows program that accepts telnet connections and   
   forwards those connections to TBBS using the TIPX protocol.  This is   
   similar to how IPAD provided telnet access to TBBS systems.   
      
   It also has a bunch more features on the wishlist and in development,   
   but until they work there's not much sense in discussing them.
