   Perhaps there is something to help you in the 'C' users group (CUG)   
   volume 335 "Frankenstein Cross-Assembler".  The sources include a YACC   
   grammar for the Intel 8085.  Of course, if you are looking to match the   
   grammar for an existing assembler, it is not certain they will match.   
   It will give you a starting point, though.
