Any Compiler tools support this ?

   Are there any compiler tools that can translate C source code to the   
   Kahn Process Network Model ?   
      
   I see that Compaan provides this function

   Any opensource tool or others support this?  Or any other tools offer   
   the following service: translate c/matlab program to one of the   
   MOCs(model of computation),Dataflow Networks model?
