   With version 0.13 tecomp is advancing towards full language   
   compliance.   
      
   Tecomp is a command line compiler for the Eiffel programming language.   
   In its simplest configuration it works like an interpreter. It parses   
   the Eiffel sources, validates them and executes the code in its   
   virtual machine.   
      
   Version 0.13 has agents and inline agents implemented fully.
