   Hi,   
      
   I recently bought   
     "Constructing Language Processors for Little Languages" by Kaplan   
   from a 2nd hand marketplace on Waterstones site.  I suspected that the   
   CD that is meant to accompany the book would no longer be attached ---   
   it wasn't...   
      
     I have written to the author to ask him for the source code but   
   didn't hear back.  Please;  has anyone here got the CD and could I   
   please take a copy!

   [It wasn't a CD, it was a 3.5" floppy, so I sent him a zip of the   
   contents of my copy.  If anyone else has the book and wants the files,   
   which are an MS-DOS install program and a file it decompresses, just
