   Thanx for help.   
      
   So every time we made restart named instance will get different port.   
      
   Can we manage for named instance to have static port?   
   This is important for firewall configuration.   
   If we have different ports after every restart we should applay that changes   
   to firewall configuration, this makes extra work?
