From: genew@ocis.net              Dear SQLers:               I have written about this before, have searched for answers       before, and I still do not have a solution.               Thousands of 368-byte files are being created in "c:\Documents       and Settings\LocalService\Application       Data\Microsoft\Protect\S-1-5-19". How do I get this to stop?               Even deleting these files can take hours. There are that many.       Running a chkdsk can take a lot longer than usual when there are a lot       of these files on my system.               From my searching, I understand that it may be due to Reporting       Services and a cryptokey problem, but I know of no way to stop it.               HELP!              Sincerely,              Gene Wirchenko              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
