The default installation starts the server automatically ... perhaps
you performed a custom installation and specified manual start?

Open the Win7 Service manager and check the service's "Startup Type"
column ... it should say "Automatic" or "Automatic (Delayed Start)".

If it doesn't, that's your problem. Open the properties page for the
service (by double-clicking or right-clicking and selecting
"Properties"), and change the startup type to one of the automatic
settings. Apply the change and the server should start automatically
   from then on.

If the startup type is automatic but the server isn't starting, then
likely some error is occurring and we'll need more information to
   help.
