What versions and editions of SQL Server are involved?
Are the PCs in a network domain or are they remote/disconnected from a
   network?

It is possible to run DBCC using isql or osql depending on the version of
SQL Server on the machine. Google or Books OnLine should provide you plenty
   of information on both utilities.
