   i am facing the same problem as you faced but i am working in MS SQL 2012   
   Enterprise version.and when i am installing the ssms 2012 i am getting an   
   error (Microsoft .NET Framework Unhandled exception has occurred in your   
   application.if you click to    
   continue,the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.if you   
   click Quit,the application will close immediately.............................)   
      
   so if you have solution then please share with me
