      From: kaluridb@gmail.com              Change Management Analyst       Location – Phoenix, AZ       Duration – 6 months +                The Change Management Analyst must be able to..       • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities with       IT and Business user communities       • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to       support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.       • Support communication efforts       • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of       communications.       • Assess the change impact       • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key       stakeholders.       • Support training efforts       • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery       of training programs.              Additional responsibilities include:       • Complete change management assessments       • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics       • Identify and manage anticipated resistance       • Consult and coach project teams       • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers:       communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance       management plan       • Support and engage senior leaders       • Coach managers and supervisors       • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities       • Coordinate efforts with other specialists       • Integrate change management activities into project plan       • Evaluate and ensure user readiness       • Manage stakeholders       • Track and report issues       • Measure success metrics and monitor change progress       • Support change management at the organizational level              Skills and Qualifications:       • Extensive experience in a fast-paced operations environment working within       an ITIL framework with a solid understanding of Change Management principles       • Strong analytical capabilities, highly organized and excellent       relationship management skills       • Energetic and proactive with a can-do attitude       • Experience of ITSM toolsets,       • Proven ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across any       number of business functions       • It would be highly advantageous to have an experience of hi-tech       industries enterprise data office modernization and its change management              vkaluri@vsoftconsulting.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
