   The License for all of Oracle's downloaded software states "Development   
   only".  The moment you put it into production, you contact Oracle and   
   pay for the right to use.   
      
   Other than that all of the software you can download from Oracle's site   
   is their 'production' software (except for patches).  This is the same   
   as the CD version, and there are no time/feature/client limits.   
      
      
   Instead of asking, you could try reading for yourself.
