|    OCI Tutorial needed    |

From: markus.breuer@gmx.de              I am programming oci and allready able to perform DML Statements with       and without hostvariables. But now i have got problem by understanding       the techique of fetching result (cursor) from a query.              The examples delivered by oracle don't explain how to do this in a       dynamic way. Also the examples use functions, which are not explained       full. For example the parameter descriptors have many attributes, but it       is not clearly explained how to retrieve them.              Can someone give me a hint or a link to a better tutorial?              regards markus              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
