   | I am actually working on the Oracle Reports.
   |
   | When the user enters 'all' than a certain Object is displayed on the
   | front page Otherwise for other data entered that first Object remain
   | hidden but all the related data gets displayed from the next page
   | other then the first page where that hidden Object Exists.
   |
   | I just want don't want my first page to go blank when someother data
   | is entered other then 'all' . Can two or more objects be over lapped
   | such that even if one object remains hidden the object object gets
   | displayed OR when the object is not supposed to be hidden the data is
   | still displayed correctly

you can accomplish this with a format trigger

go to the property palette for the object you want conditionally hidden,
under 'Advanced Layout', click the big fat button next to 'Format Trigger'
in and if/then/else statement, enter a condition under which the object
should be hidden and return false
remember to return true for all other conditions
