   Who owns /ora92/oradata/OraHome//dbs/lkabc?
   Assuming your instance is called abc, your environment
   should contain:
   ORACLE_SID=abc
   ORACLE_BASE=/ora92/???
   PATH=/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:.:/ora92/????/bin
   PWD=/opt/oracle/920/dbs
   LANG=en_US.UTF-8
   ORACLE_TERM=xterm
   LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1
   ORA_NLS33=/ora92/????/ocommon/nls/admin/data
   ORACLE_HOME=/ora92/??????

   My lk file is owned by the owner of the oracle process, oinstall.
   You could try a shutdown, and startup again, or shutdown, delete
   the abclk file, and startup.
   What I find strange is the double // - doubt if it harms, though
