   Hi,   
      
   I'm using TOra 1.2.4 to develop on an Oracle 10g Database on SuSE 8.2.   
   Whenever I try to connect, I get an ORA-12705 Error. I've tried everything   
   so far, concerning the NLS-Parameters. Has anyone got a clue whts's going   
   wrong?
