Minimal Install Config?

   I would like to develop .NET applications using Oracle as a DBMS, but the   
   dang thing (Oracle) is huge!  What is the minimal installation with regards   
   to RAM?  Standard? Standard One? Personal? Are there optional components   
   that can be eliminated?
