   Yes - seems a bit deep for a beginner, though.   
   v$sqlarea, column sqltext, gives the statement   
   Do a describe on v$sqlarea.   
      
   Tools: TOAD (there's a free download, still), TORA (works   
   on Linux, too), SQL*Plus, Oracle Enterprise Manager, ...
