   Hi!   
      
   I've installed Oracle 9.2 on a windows 2000 machine. The apache server it   
   has set up uses an old version of   
   Perl. I have a newer version installed on the machine with a bunch of   
   libraries I would like to use.   
   What do I need to change in order to use the newer version of perl and it's   
   libraries?
