   free toad is good enough. Ive used the pay toad and its 'ahh'. Its only   
   worth having if your company pays for it. dont buy it yourself.   
      
   btw, there SQL analysis and tuning tool is garbage. Its just like   
   embarcadero. I re-runs the query over and over agian and tries every hint
