   Of course, you are correct, and I was incredibly lucky to   
   have discovered the problem the way I did:   
      
   My assistant wanted to print out a return address label for   
   me and tried to do it by going to my record. Then, as I   
   mentioned, she found that it could not be located.   
      
   It was a very cheap lesson...   
      
   Also, your piece on RI on bdcommunity does, indeed, include   
   everything I would need regarding deletion.
