   Absolutely, Borland comes first. There is no Borland subdirectory in   
   Common Files.

   If I inspect the properties of the file it identifies it as a cfg file   
   and Windows Explorer similarly identifies it as such. I am running pdox9   
   under XP. I'll look a bit further this evening.
