   The -o configuration switch works for me (Paradox 11 from X3. Here is my   
   command line   
       "C:\Program Files\Paradox\Programs\pdxwin32.exe"  -p "C:\priv" -w   
   "c:\Program Files\Klova" -o "c:\Program Files\Klova\K LOVA 9.CFG"   
   "C:\Program Files\Klova\APPLIC~1.FSL"   
      
   The only difference is my net file location is   
       C:\Program Files\Borland\Common Files\BDE   
      
   Maybe Paradox and XP don't like you using the root of C or maybe you don't   
   have write access.
