   You can accomplish delete when empty on a calculated field, thusly:   
      
   iif(isBlank([table.field]),"","Field Label: " + [table.field])   
      
   ...and use an edit field rather than a labeled field.  Then the field   
   label is part of the calculation and if the table field is blank, the   
   entire calculated field is blank.
