As a word of caution, not all pdf writers are created equally. Most of
the posts here show the greatest satisfaction with pdf995. I am one of
them. I even have the full Pro version of Adobe Professional and I have
to do some fiddling to get a accurate replication of a Paradox report
with the full version (go figure). The pdf995 gives me an accurate
replication of a Paradox report or whatever I print to it without any
workarounds necessary. I do recommend thorough testing before you make
   it available for the staff.
