   Not to mention - if you have the source code to that program, and happen to   
   open and save a form or report - that program will NOT open that form or   
   report ever again (or until you get someone to translate it back to readable   
   by version 8 with version 9).   
      
   So, having runtime 8 and opening some files (if source are used) in Paradox   
   11 sp27 (x3) could be a disaster for your company.
