   You will be able to accomplish your goals with the version you bought,   
   but you have to learn Paradox, which is not hard if you have prior   
   database experience.  If you want to invest your time doing that, great,   
   you will have fun.  If your time is too valuable, then let a Paradox pro   
   do it for you.   
   The other option is to export the data to a program that you are   
   familiar with, perhaps Access or Excel.
