   I think "upgrading" to an older version would be such an unusual thing to   
   do, so doing it without explaining exactly why and how wouldn't be right,   
   even if the customer doesn't really ask any specific question.   
      
   You are of course right about the facts but if *I* was the customer I would   
   be very suspicious if someone told me I had to use an older version to run   
   my app on a never OS! Hopefully the customer is pragmatic and think "what   
   ever get's the job done" but more likely he will think "That's what to be   
   expected when using this obscure software called Paradox, better switch to   
   Microsoft before it's too late.", right or wrong, but quite understandable.
