From: jmose@mapson.attglobal.net              Jeanette,              Here's my WAG's:              1. Are any of your users' printer names longer than 30 or so characters?        If so, shorten them. This will show up when you're trying to print.              2. Do your users use the Project Viewer? If so, do any files in your :Work:       or :Priv: folders have an '*.xml' extension? Try to move these files out       of the Pdox folders.              Other than that, we're just guessing. It would help if you could tell us       what it happening when the GPVs happen.              Bear in mind, I've been chasing down an intermittent GPV for 2 years now,       and it's driving me nuts! ;)              HTH,       Jim Moseley              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
